We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at currentcounterstore@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order will have already entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the results our products deliver, and we encourage you to give them at least 14 days to work their magic. If, after 14 days, you’re still unsatisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take special care in packing our products to prevent any damage. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) with the product inside still intact does not qualify as damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to currentcounterstore@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no additional cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. Current Counter is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is given and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
