At Current Counter, we're proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched when it's handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, international orders may face customs delays, increasing the delivery time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details may cause delays or order cancellations. If there are any issues with the address, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery: At Current Counter, we understand the importance of timely delivery, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to external factors like weather conditions, courier issues, or transit disruptions. If such delays happen, we will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue.
There may also be delays due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing. If we encounter any such issues, we will notify you promptly.
Please note, Current Counter cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. While we can't guarantee specific delivery dates, we’ll do everything possible to keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once your package is with the courier, it’s beyond our control. In case of a lost or stolen package, please contact us at CurrentCounterStore@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
We recommend filing a claim with the courier if your package is lost or stolen, as they often have a process for handling such claims. We’ll also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up and provide updates.
Please note, Current Counter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If necessary, we suggest filing a police report for stolen packages.
